$10 + GST per lot, per month. That's the plan.

Priced by the building, not by the person. Every owner, tenant, committee member and strata manager joins free. No tiers, no add-ons as the workflows roll out, no lock-in — and you can export the whole record on your way out.

Your scheme has

Whether two people use it or forty. Car spaces and storage cages on separate titles don't count.

Everything, for every scheme

  • Rolling out

    Defects, with the builder

Every notice and reply filed to the defect, the follow-up drafted when the builder goes quiet, and guidance on the sensible next step.

  • Rolling out

    Quotes and work orders

Quotes requested from tradies who've done good work here, compared side by side, and turned into a work order on the committee's yes.

  • Rolling out

    Recurring maintenance

Gutters, fire equipment, lifts, pumps, inspections — on a schedule the committee sets once and reviews yearly, with the record to prove it.

  • Chats and threads

Everyone, Committee and Owners chats seeded on day one, plus any private or open Chat you create. Side threads, photos, files, pins, announcements.

  • Issues with their own Chat

Raise from any message or from the register. Assignee, lot, due date, labels. Close with a reason; the Chat archives itself and stays searchable.

  • Search across everything

Messages, Issues and file names, for as long as the Scheme exists — scoped to what each member is allowed to see.

  • Reply by email, sign in by magic link

Members who never open the app can still post by replying to the email. No password to remember.

  • Correspondence log

Log the builder's letter or the insurer's call into the Issue, in order, with dates. Or forward the email to the Chat's own address.

  • Export, any time

Messages, files, Issues and correspondence in formats you can open. The record is the Scheme's, not ours.

Questions committees ask

What counts as a lot?

A unit, apartment or townhouse on your strata plan — the same lots on your levy notice. Car spaces and storage cages on separate titles don't count.

Can tenants join?

Yes, free. They can report Issues on their Lot, attach photos and follow the work to closed. Committee business stays in committee Chats.

What a tenant sees

How do we move off the group chat?

Set up your Scheme, add your lots, send one invite link. Most committees post it in the old group and pin a note: "we've moved."

Is our data ours?

Yes. Export all of it — messages, files, Issues, correspondence — at any time. If you leave, you take the whole record with you.

Do we need to install anything?

No. It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Sign-in is a one-tap magic link from your email.

What happens when someone sells?

Remove them and invite the new owner. Everything the previous owner wrote stays in place, attributed to them — the lot's history carries over.

Can our strata manager join?

Yes — the manager role is free on every Scheme. If you change managers, the record stays yours.

Is there a minimum term?

No lock-in and no minimum. Pay monthly, cancel whenever the committee decides, export on the way out.

Do the workflows cost extra?

No. One price covers everything, including the defect, quote and maintenance workflows as they ship. We don't sell add-ons.

Does RectifyHQ make decisions for us?

No. It prepares them — the history, the quotes, the drafted letter — and puts them in front of the committee. Nothing is sent, ordered or spent without a member's yes, and every yes is on the record.

Build the lot register before you pay a cent.

Set up the Scheme, add every lot and invite the whole building first. Subscribe when the committee is ready.
